The Foundation’s work in Community Development is aimed to provide assistance either financially or cash-in-kind support to beneficiaries in dire need and alternatively, expand the reach and contribute in impactful and sustainable projects with strategic partners to ensure beneficiaries reap long term.

Community Assistance Programme

The community assistance programme aims to support the needs of underprivileged communities in Malaysia. The Foundation will provide assistance to potential beneficiaries based on their request.

  • Ad-Hoc Donations: The Foundation supports charitable organisations through cash donation to ease their operational cost or cash -in kind contribution based on needs assessment.
  • Emergency Donations: The Foundation provides financial and material support to social or humanitarian organizations aiding those affected by natural disasters or other emergencies

The beneficiaries include orphans, the mentally and physically challenged, senior citizens and single mothers.

Important Notes:

  • Do not provide cash handout to individuals directly.
  • Fund projects and grassroots organisation that are specific to the Foundation’s focus area (Education & Community Development).
  • Do not fund annual galas, sporting events, corporate sponsorships or fundraising events.

Social Enabler Programme

The Foundation aims to partner with purposeful NGOs with similar goals in the area of education and community development. Through the social enabler programme, the Foundation will assess and identify potential NGOs to partner with and support their programmes that focuses on building capacity and improve quality of life within the local community to build sustainable livelihood.

The scope of your proposal should clearly define a new initiative or expansion of an existing initiative with the aim to achieve long term goals in mind. Applicants should demonstrate the need and know-how to utilise the funds to ensure impactful return of your initiative
