Trap-Neuter-Release-Manage (TNRM) Malaysia

Who are they?

TNRM is an NGO run by volunteers, that works with the Society for Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) Selangor under MissionHELP, a community outreach programme which involves rescuers trapping the animals, neutering or spaying and, finally, releasing the strays back to the streets. TNRM relies on sterilisation of the animals so that they don't breed. TNRM’s goal is to reduce the number of community stray cats and dog population in Malaysia, through attrition — death from old age or natural causes, instead of applying euthanasia.
