Hong Leong Foundation contributed RM70,000 towards the construction of a new block of building for SJKC Yeong Seng, Hutan Melintang

The school's 63 years old building being badly infested with termites posed a danger to the students. This building was demolished and a new building constructed in its place. This new building also to caters for the increasing intake of students.

Construction of the building is already in progress and is expected to be completed by mid-2011.
