SJKC Ying Wah, Kapar was in need of a new wing to cater for their increasing intake of students. From the current 270 students, the school will now be able to take in 320 students when the new school year starts in 2011.

The new 4 storey building consists of 21 classrooms and a multi purpose hall and the Foundation contributed RM 100,000 towards this.
